At Aarunya Ayurveda Clinic, we are dedicated to delivering your orders accurately, safely, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your Ayurvedic products.

 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across PAN India, covering all major cities.

International shipping is also available to select major countries for our patients residing abroad.

Courier Services

We use reputed and reliable courier services to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Shipping is done through two primary modes:

India Post (Speed/Registered Post)

Desk to Desk Courier & Cargo (DTDC)

Delivery Address

Each order is shipped to a single destination address only.

If you want deliveries to multiple locations, please coordinate with our team and provide complete address details for each destination.

Payment Options

For Punjab, we offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid options.

For all other Indian cities and international orders, advance payment is mandatory before dispatch.

 

 Delivery Time

Medicines are dispatched immediately after doctor consultation.

Estimated delivery time is 10–12 working days (Monday to Saturday), depending on your location and courier service availability.

 

Product Condition

If the parcel is damaged or tampered, you may refuse to accept the order.

We will investigate the issue and compensate or re-ship your order as quickly as possible.
