Refund Policy

At Aarunya Ayurveda Clinic, we are committed to providing the highest quality care and services to our patients. To maintain fairness and transparency, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any bookings or purchases.

1. Consultation & Treatment Bookings

  • Once a consultation or treatment session is booked and payment is made, it is non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule it at least 24 hours in advance without any additional charge.

  • Failure to inform us within the 24-hour notice period will result in the session being considered completed, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

2. Panchakarma & Therapy Packages

  • Advance payments for packages are non-refundable.

  • If you wish to postpone the package start date, you must inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.

  • Unused sessions in a package can be rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking date, subject to therapist availability.

3. Product Purchases

  • All Ayurvedic products once sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • In case of a damaged or incorrect product being delivered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) for replacement eligibility.

4. Workshop/Training Registrations

  • Registration fees for workshops or training programs are non-refundable.

  • You may transfer your seat to another person by informing us at least 48 hours before the event.

5. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds will only be issued if a booking or order is cancelled by Aarunya Ayurveda Clinic due to unavoidable circumstances.

  • Any approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
